SIGEP, the 43rd International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World took place from the 12th to the 16th of  March 2022 at the  - Rimini Expo Centre, in Rimini, Italy. 
SIGEP is the leading trade fair for professional operators in the artisan gelato, pastry, baking, and coffee sectors. It is an extraordinary showcase of everything new and trendy in the four supply chains. Everything from raw materials and ingredients, to equipment furnishings and services are on display.
