Since 1969 CMS Industries has projected and produced flexible and versatile Numerically Controlled Work Centers able to carry out numerous works with extreme precision and productivity. CMS has become, in more than 40 years of activity, a great industrial group - a worldwide reference point.
The glass division, CMS-Brembana, boasts of its group projecting, design and industrial know-how, producing horizontal and vertical numerically controlled work centers, cutting tables, straight line edgers, double edgers and movement systems in a new production area of more than 25,000 sq.m.
In the same factory CMS presents Tecnocut, the most original and competitive reality in Italian technology of water jet cutting.
The CMS-Brembana and Tecnocut Glass Division offers:
- Tilting cutting tables and complete automatic loading, cutting and unloading lines with 1 and 4 cutting heads for flat monolithic glass
- Cutting tables for laminated glass
- Waterjet cutting systems with 3 and 5 axes complete with intensifiers from 50 Hp up to 120 Hp for monolithic and laminated glass
- Numerically controlled work centres with 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 axis for cutting, edging, grinding, polishing, drilling, engraving and bevelling of monolithic and laminated, flat and curved glass
- Straight line edging machines and flat and round-edge dibble edging machines
- Vertical drilling and milling machines for monolithic and laminated glass
- Automatic vertical arrising and grinding machines (including polishing) for monolithic and laminated, rectangular and shaped glass
- Transfer systems and complete lines for flat glass processing
All Brembana and Tecnocut glass machines can be integrated into turnkey plants.
