Brembo: USA-Mexico-Canada Sales +49.8%

The Italian company Brembo - present in Mexico with production plants in Puebla, Apodaca and Escobedo - closed the first half of the year with a net profit of 148.9 million euros, 17.3% higher compared to the same period last year. Revenues amounted to €1.75 billion, an increase of 28.3% compared to the first half of 2021. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) amounted to 305.3 million, a net increase of 13% compared to 270.2 million in H1 2021. Even in the last quarter 2019, the collection of machine tool orders highlighted a negative sign. In particular, in the fourth quarter 2019, the UCIMU index of machine tool orders registered a 16% downturn compared with the same period of the previous year.
