New TeMa Plant In West Virginia
TeMa S.r.l. has chosen the state of West Virginia, (Jefferson County), for a production investment of $10 million US. The 4,000-square-meter facility, which is expected to be completed in November, will employ about 30 employees and will produce, using automated plastic extrusion technology, insulation and drainage systems for commercial, industrial and residential use for the North American market. Tema S.r.l., headquartered in Trieste, has 19 subsidiaries worldwide and production facilities in Spain, Turkey, Romania and Russia, as well as in Italy. The factory in West Virginia is the first on the American continent.
