From May 5-10, 2019, a group of fifty stone industry professionals from various countries were invited to Italy for MARMO+MAC 2019, a road trip with a focus on stone and marble processing technologies.The MARMO + MAC 2019 program included visits to quarries and processing plants throughout Italy, as well as B2B meeting sessions with leading Italian machinery manufacturers. The purpose of this trip was to enable international professionals in the marble and stone industry to see the latest innovative Italian technological solutions at work.
The MARMO + MAC 2019 program was designed to encourage networking opportunities among delegates from Canada, Algeria, Belarus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain , Sweden, Taiwan, Vietnam, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The initiative was realized by ICE Agency in cooperation with CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE and Verona Fiere, the organizers of the MARMO+MAC trade show, which takes place in late September in Verona with more than one thousand six hundred exhibitors, sixty-eight thousand visitors, eighty thousand square meters of exhibition space.
