Italian Automotive Industry Storms Ontario

Machines Italia and the Italian Trade Commission in collaboration with ANFIA – The Italian Automotive Industry Association - and the Canadian Embassy in Italy as well as the Ontario Government hosted a delegation of Italian automotive companies to Ontario, from June 3 to 8 2012.  The program of the delegation included visits to research centres, manufacturing and assembly facilities across Ontario including the newest McMaster University's MacAUTO R&D complex, CANMET Materials Technology Laboratory and others. The delegation participated to the APMA - Automotive Parts Manufactures Association - annual conference in Windsor, where B2B meetings had been arranged with major Canadian automotive companies such as Magna, Linamar, Martinrea, the Narmco Group, the ABC Group, Wescast, Van-Rob Stampings, CG Tower, Woodbridge Foam, Valiant Corporation, QNX, Sierra Wireless, Intrinsyc and Intelligent Mechatronic Systems.
