Last November 30, 2021, 
Machines Italia and the Italian Trade Commission - ITA in collaboration with ACIMIT, the Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers, hosted a webinars to showcase the best of Italian textile technologies and create networking opportunities between Italian machinery providers and Mexican textile manufacturing companies.
During the course of the webinar, Italian companies illustrated several case studies on how Italian technology helped textile manufactures in Mexico and elsewhere to retool and adjust their operations to supply much needed PPE, masks, health and sanitary supplies during the recent COVID-19 pandemic outbreaks.
The webinar was attended by about thirty Italian producers as well as Mexican textile industry professionals and specialized media. The President of the Mexican Cámara Nacional de la Industrial Textil (CANAINTEX) was also present at the event.
