Storci SpA manufactures machines for dried and fresh pasta and couscous. Its specialized equipment includes egg systems, dosing systems, kneading units, presses, dryers, strippers, dough sheeters, ravioli makers, gnocchi makers, pasteurizers, pre-cookers and coolers.
