ITALPRESSE was founded in 1969 as the result of both technical experience in the fertile die casting field and financial skills of the General Management, and thanks also to the vital support of Italo Saleri's family. Italpresse is now a leading company in the world of pressure die casting machines, the only one able to manufacture and supply all of the necessary equipment for turnkey projects, since it is a group of companies leading in their field. The whole group achieved ISO 9001/2000 certification. The parent company SIL Industrie Saleri Italo was founded more than 50 years ago and produces water pumps for automotive industry. Italpresse manufacture hydraulic high-pressure machines from 200 up to 4.500 ton, as well as all of the relevant peripheral devices necessary for the die casting of non-ferrous alloys. In a modern factory in Capriano del Colle, covering a surface of 20.000 sq.mt out of a total area of 50.000 sq.mt, Italpresse have manufactured more than 3.000 die casting machines. Italpresse have another company at its disposal, a few miles from Brescia; it is GAUSS AUTOMAZIONI, in Rodengo Saiano, who specialize in the production of automatic metal loaders (model CAM), automatic extractor arms (model TPZ), as well as the robotics for die casting and engineering and automation for both die casting and gravity casting. Another company, closely associated with Italpresse, is Brescia Meccanica, in Castegnato, where automatic trimming presses with 4 tie bars, cold chamber die casting machines up to 400 ton and hot chamber machines for die casting of both zinc and magnesium alloys are assembled. The average yearly turnover of the group, in the last three years, was 60 million Euro.
