Capaccioli Group is formed by the companies Capaccioli Srl, and Capacciolimpianti Srl. Both the technical and trade staff is formed by very experienced people who can carry out complete plants that, starting from the analysis of the available raw materials, can develop into feasible studies in order to suggest to the customer the most favorable solution both from a technological and economical point of view. At the moment Capaccioli Srl in Sinalunga has a manufacturing unit on an area of 80.000 square meters, with a covered area of 10.000 square meters.

In this area there are:

• The production departments with modern N.C. machine tools
• The assembly and test departments
• The mechanical projecting departments with modern computers equipped with 2d-3d Cad Mechanic Programs
• The technical department for the study of the automatism and for the Easymud technology and for the preparation of the offers
• The electronic projecting department
• The electric board building department and the installation, start up and customer assistance departments
• The spare parts store
• The administrative and financial division for all the companies of the group
• The commercial department
• The headquarters of the Group

Each machine is assembled and tested in the manufacturing unit of Sinalunga, before the delivery. At Sinalunga, there is also, in a specific department, a functioning Easymud line, on which R&D technicians carry out tests on the clays received from the customers.

The Capacciolimpianti location carries out the following activities:

• Design of machines for clay preparation
• Restructuring and production increase on kilns and dryers
• Research and development of new technologies for firing and drying
• Startup of kiln and dryer
• Geological advice and researches of quarries and raw material
