LEITNER, an Italian based world leader in ropeways, has completed the construction of line 2 of the Cablebús "Constitución 1917-Santa Marta", a cable car service that will serve the Iztapalapa district, which is an area with a high population density in central-eastern Mexico City. A subsidiary of Italy-based Sirmax Group said its new plastics recycling facility in Anderson is now operational. SER North America said it plans to bring total employment at the $30 million plant to 40 by the end of the year. Plans for the 124,000-square-foot facility were first announced in July 2019.
