The ITA - Chicago Office is organizing a trip to Parma, Italy for the Cibus Tec 2016 trade show for U.S. Food Processors to view the latest technology and machinery in food processing and packaging. Cibus Tec, is a biennial event, will be held from October 25-28, 2016. The US States which have reported a string of recent Italian investments include Tennessee, Virginia, Illinois and Texas. The eighteenth edition of LAMIERA hosted by BolognaFiere May 11-14 the 2016 edition registered a 10% increase in the number of visits (compared to the 2014 edition).
