Euranciatura USA, a joint venture between Italy's Euro Group Spa Italia and Japan's Kuroda Precision Industries Ltd, which makes rolled steel for electric motors and generators, announced an investment of $12.6 million over the next five years to expand its manufacturing facilities in Paris, Tennessee.

In addition to modernizing plant and machinery, Eurotranching will build a 30,000 square meter warehouse and distribution center adjacent to the plant. The investment is expected to create 170 new jobs, including technicians, administrative and sales staff.
