The 2017 edition of the Ontario Export Awards wrapped up with the gala luncheon held at the International Centre, in Mississauga, last November 21. 11 ambitious, highly-innovative Ontario companies with their sights set on pushing into new global markets took home awards honouring their commitment to international growth and continued expansion across the province. ClimateWorx International Inc which designs, manufactures and services climate control instruments for data centres and vital commercial and industrial applications receive the coveted Machines Italia Global Reach Award.

The Italian Trade Commission (ITA) and UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE will be touring plants and manufacturing facilities in Ohio and Alabama with a delegation of leading Italian metalworking technology and machinery builders. The tour will take place from March 13 to 15, 2017, and kicks off in Cincinnati, Ohio while stopping in various other cities in Alabama where the Italian companies will have the opportunity to meet with local manufacturers and showcase their innovative solutions.
