Buzzi Unicem USA recently announced that the U.S. Environment Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) have awarded three of its cement manufacturing plants the ENERGY STAR® designation for their superior energy performance. Buzzi’s plants in Selma (MO), Maryneal (TX), and Chattanooga (TN) received the honor. This is the second consecutive year that these plants have been recognized under the program.
