Muraro S.p.A. has been working since in the cold metal deep-drawing sector for more than 60 years, specialized in the construction of medium and large Presses having forces available starting from 100 Tons up to 50,000 Tons which are suitable for warm and cold pressing, even by the application of the Hydro forming, of metal and non metal materials in the most varied industrial and research production sectors by the application of traditional and/or new technologies.

The applicable sectors are as follows: household (sinks, kitchens, washing machines, dish-washing machines, pots, vessels of various types etc.), the sanitary sector (tubs, shower plates, wash basins, WC and sanitary elements), the sector of the tanks under pressure(air, GPL and under-pressure liquids tanks), aeronautic sector (deep-drawing of load bearing structures, external panels, components of various shape and dimensions).

Muraro Presses may be equipped and employed for the hydro forming of metals sheets and pipes, for elastoforming and flexoforming.

Hydro forming presses: for more than forty years Muraro has been building presses and dies for hydro forming medium and large size dimensions in various pressing forces upon metal sheet and pipes by traditional working cycles. For some years Muraro has even developed a new technology which brings huge economical advantage as far as the cost of dies and machine is concerned, obtaining at the same time an elevated quality of hydro formed products, under low, medium and high pressure. Interface man-machine and process has been reduced to a minimum. The forces available range from 5,000 tons 50,000 tons, and working tables are available up to 3,000 x 12,000 mm.

All our machines can be designed for After-Sale Remote Assistance which is free of charge for everybody. For all the plants, in particular the ones characterized by a high investment rate or a high automation level, Muraro has always offered on-line, technical assistance after-sale ever since free of charge. Such assistance consists of joining the machines and the plants supplied through a modem, which connects the machines/plants with the assistance center of Muraro, which can solve more than 90% of their possible failures or breakdowns, thus avoiding our customers' loss of time and corresponding costs.
