Founded by Gabriele Galante in 1972, IMF is today the world market leader for the production of machines and systems for the Chemicalbonded sand system (No-Bake). IMF commands the widest range of machines and systems for the No-Bake process available on the market. The machines are totally designed in-house: mechanical parts, electric parts, management and automation software. Each system is tested and inspected in its every part through dry run tests before it is delivered. Installation is entrusted to experienced and well trained personnel, capable of following assembly and start-up of the systems and of following the customer through the first production phase. The after-sales service offers continuous assistance, a fast and timely spare parts service and interventions of programmed maintenance. All this is supported by a solid experience in foundry engineering that has allowed to supply complete installations for the production of the most varied types of ferrous and non-ferrous castings. IMF offers its Customers a consulting service for the design of complete foundries. It avails itself of an in-house team of engineers and technologists who are able to follow all the development phases of new installations or of the restructuring of existing ones, from the analysis for the economic-financial evaluation of the project feasibility, to the choice and study of the most suitable installation up to delivery and start-up.
