EKW Eisenberg was founded in 1903. In 1967 the company established its Italian branch, EKW Italiana, in order to consolidate and increase the distribution of its refractory materials on the territory of this country. This company, which meanwhile changed its name into EKW Italia, does not act on the market as a distributor only, but thanks to the technical and sales personnel, which is available at any time throughout the whole year and cooperates with specialized and well equipped installer teams, it plays an active role in designing linings, installation, sintering and delivery of turnkey plants.
