The DVLeather Hide Scanner is able to detect, classify and report the quality of each hide according to the individual requirements.
The automatic classification allows to improve the efficiency of inspection processes through:
• Fully automated recognition of hide imperfections and of leather classification
• Elimination of human made errors in the grading procedure
• Consistent grading results
• Objective vs subjective selection
• Increased productivity up to 6 hides/min Images, grading, surface measure and defects for each individual hide can be retrieved from the database and used for Industry 4.0 integration
