The Bauce Company was constituted in 1969 by its founder, Mr. Attilio Bauce who at the age of twenty three decided to start an activity that was based exclusively on the planning and manufacturing of presses and through feed sammying and setting out machines. The company decided to exclusively specialize in the production of these machines thereby guaranteeing technological innovation in constant evolution and quality of the finished product.

The name Bauce became synonymous to research, an essential element to guarantee to the customers the maximum performance from their machines. Subsequently, Mr. Bauce’s son Luca joined the company and worked in the production department.

With the acquired experience, he now works exclusively on the commercial side of the company and in the research of new markets, establishing collaboration with the customer to find the product most suitable to the needs of the skins to be worked. Mr. Bauce, helped by his son now works alongside his daughter Sabrina who assists her brother to guarantee the customers a quick and effective correspondence service and assistance in the supply of spare parts. Last but not least, Mr. Bauce’s other daughter, Michela joined the team and she manages human resources and the administrative/financial part of the company.

The name Bauce is competitive not only because of the family team, but also the engineers, technicians and qualified assemblers that together with the owner have interpreted the style.
To strengthen its name, the company is amongst the first companies of the sector to be certified by ISO and Vision.
