ITA and MIB Trieste School of Management Export Management and Entrepreneurial Development Course

The ITA-Italian Trade Agency and MIB Trieste School of Management organized Origini Italia 2017, an intensive Export Management and Entrepreneurial Development Course, aimed at the descendants of Italian emigrants, residing outside of Italy and in extra European countries. 

The main objective of the Course was to foster a better understanding of the Italian business system. The Course was from August 21, 2017 to December 16, 2017. The classes were held at MIB Trieste School of Management in Trieste, Italy, and at ITA head offices in Rome, Italy.

The Course had a maximum of 20 places available. For all successful applicants, the travel expenses (a return flight from their country of residence to Trieste), as well as the accommodation expenses for the duration of the course were covered by MIB Trieste School of Management.  The candidates had to meet the following requirements: -Between 25 and 35 years of age as of March 31, 2017 (born between April 1, 1981, and March 31, 1992) - a graduate academic degree (or equivalent qualification) in any subject. - Work experience, preferably in the field of entrepreneurship, management, business administration, marketing, sales, import-export, trade, engineering, and similar fields. - Good working knowledge of English. - Preference was given to citizens of extra European countries. - Not mandatory, but preferred, basic knowledge of Italian. Applications To apply to the Origini Italia Program, candidates had to fill in and submit the Online Application Form and the Official Enrollment Document, by March 31st, 2017. The selection results were made available in June 2017.
