Another DAVI plate roll has recently been installed for SUBSEA 7's production of suction anchors and components for the offshore industry. "SUBSEA 7 is undoubtedly one of the largest manufacturers in the offshore sector” – said President Orazio Davi. Following the excellent experiences in other African countries, he reconfirmed DAVI as a supplier for their yard in Ghana, where it has recently installed a DAVI 4-roll with capacity of 3000 x 70 mm. “The plate roll – continues Orazio Davi – is the largest currently existing in the country and will be used by the local staff specially trained by the DAVI technician team, both in the use of the machine and in the techniques of rolling high resistance steel plates”.
