Dow + AMUT DOLCI BIELLONI: Live Demonstration of Inline Double Stage Extrusion Coating Laminating

Dow and AMUT DOLCI BIELLONI will be hosting a joint open house where you will see a live demonstration of theinline double stage extrusion coating laminating line, which will take place at the AMUT DOLCI BIELLONI factory, in Biassono, Italy.
 
This line will be in operation from November 25^th to 26^th 2015, in the factory showroom. The demonstration will run for two days giving you some flexibility so you can attend according to your availability.
 
Participants will have the opportunity to see Dow’s new performance AGILITY^TM EC Performance LDPE resins for fast and thin coatings in action, ELITE^TM for high performance sealability and PRIMACOR^TMfor excellent adhesion to aluminum foil or metalized polyolefin films.
 
Line characteristics:
·        Tandem line
·        A single extruder at the first stage
·        A co-extrusion section at the second stage with automatic die and automatic thickness distribution
·        Corona treaters and flame treaters
·        Web reversing bar
·        Multislit station
 
The line will be producing:
·        PE coated paper for disposable cups
·        Paper extrusion lamination with Al foil suitable for wide range of flexible consumer packaging (pharma, cosmetics packs, food applications) and industrial applications
