As follow up to a Canadian automotive mission to Turin, Italy last May, the Italian Trade Commission via its Machines Italia project and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, Ontario’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, along with the Automotive Parts Manufacturers Association (APMA) welcomed a delegation of Italian parts and equipment suppliers to Ontario last June 6th – 10th, 2011.
The delegation attended the APMA Annual Conference that took place from June 8th to 9th in Windsor, where Machines Italia was amongst the sponsors. The delegation programs included B2B meetings and visits to key automotive facilities across Ontario (Linamar, Magna, Chrysler and others)

SELMAT AUTOMOTIVE
Selmat supplies interior and exterior plastic components. Their production technologies include thermoplastic injection, polyurethane injection, vacuum forming, and compression forming and composites materials. 2A SpA – Foundry Division
2A was born in 1974 as a small zamak die-casting foundry integrated in the zippers production department of the mother company: roughly ten years later, the company started to sell its own casting technology to the national automotive industry and to Telecom and computer application.
